We are licensed by Cambridge Assessment English to market and organise the Cambridge English Exams in Switzerland, and by Goethe Institut to market & organise Goethe German exams in Switzerland. For the Exam Operations team in our head office in Winterthur we are looking to fill the position of:
Exam Staff Coordinator (80 - 100%), m/w
The Exam Operations Team is responsible for the administration of the Cambridge & IELTS English Exams, Goethe German exams, TCF French exams. Exams are held on any day of the week (but mostly on Fridays and Saturdays) throughout the year. They take place in various locations throughout Switzerland
Responsibilities:
As part of the Exam Operations Team, the Exam Staff Coordinator is responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating of the monthly work schedule for approx. 200 exam staff members.
- Forecasting of exam staff requirements
- Assisting in the recruitment of exam staff
- Organisation of training of exam staff
- Preparing and checking of exam staff salary payments
- Supporting the Manager of exam operations in various projects
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, the following qualifications are necessary:
- Commercial education (eg KV) or equivalent
- Proficient level of English (minimum CEFR level C1, CAE, preferably C2, CPE)
- Proficient level of German
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office programs, databases, internet and online tools)

Excellent interpersonal skills will help in liaising with our exam staff and partners. As our clients rely on efficient timetabling and attention to detail, it is essential to have exceptional time management and planning skills. Previous experience in project management is an advantage. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable person, comfortable with a high degree of responsibility who can work well both independently and in a team. We are a small team of 20 with our main office in Winterthur and offices in Chur & Brno, CZ.
