
Swiss Exams employs 15 office staff members and our “who is who” series will introduce all staff members, their responsibility and how they feel about working for Swiss Exams. We are happy to introduce you to Isabelle from our Marketing&Customer Service department.
About her career and interests
Isabelle has solid work experience in collaborating and providing administrative support to executives, management and various departments, in an international and multi-cultural business environment.
She is also fluent in German and English. Travelling to new places and cooking are some of her favorite hobbies.
About her position
Isabelle is the main point of contact for Cambridge English Exam results and Preparation Cente accounts. She is also responsible for the administration and organisation of external events and certificate ceremonies and supports the Customer Service Team with incoming phone calls and emails.
