Where are you from? How did you get to Brno?
My story in a nutshell: it all began in my beautiful homeland, Bosnia. Despite the stunning scenery and my beloved family, I wanted to travel more and pursue more job opportunities. So, I decided to set off on an adventure and my journey eventually led me to Brno. It was a leap of faith, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life, as I now have a wonderful husband, a beautiful son and good job.
What is your previous work experience?
I worked for an airline as customer support, where I was promoted to Quality specialist. Then I worked for another company as a Premium Service representative for the German market. They were all valuable experiences, which I benefit from even now.
Do you have some tips for teachers and schools, or even for the exam candidates?
Yes, I have two tips for teachers. First – use Swiss Exams Access because it helps you with administration. You can reserve exam seats, register your students, monitor registrations, and much more. Personally, I consider this tool immensely helpful, as it saves you time and energy.
The second tip is to reserve exam seats well in advance, especially the computer-based exams. They are very popular among schools, so it is worth it to catch them soon.
And I would have a few tips for the candidates too. Listen to your teachers, and use Swiss Exams Access for candidates. And please read your emails, as there are packed with all the important info you need to know.
What is your favourite thing about your job?
We have really good coffee in the office :) Now seriously. To be honest, I like everything. This is the best job that I have had so far.
